Munsch Hardt Announces Three Promotions

Munsch Hardt announces the promotion of three attorneys – one to Equity Shareholder and two to Shareholder.

Munsch Hardt’s newest group of Shareholders and Equity Shareholders contributes to a wide range of clients and specialty practice groups. Individual backgrounds and biographies are included below.

Jeffrey D. Dunn

Dunn represents banks, financial institutions and private equity companies engaged in complex corporate finance transactions including loans, leveraged and true leases, sale leaseback transactions, multiple lender syndications and participations, swaps and derivatives, loan restructurings, letter of credit facilities, asset based financing, real estate lending, factoring transactions and corporate usury law compliance. His practice area also includes representation of businesses engaged in automated clearing house (ACH) electronic payments transactions and National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA) rules compliance. Dunn received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law.

Michael A. Harvey

Harvey’s focus is on commercial litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment. He has experience in federal and state trial practices and arbitration in areas concerning Title VII, family and medical leave, sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, non-competition and confidentiality agreements and breach of contract. Additionally, Harvey's practice includes experience in condemnation and administrative law, including management of all aspects of condemnation proceedings from their initial petitions to trial. He graduated with distinction with a Juris Doctor from University of Oklahoma School of Law.

Glenn P. Valentine

Valentine routinely represents pension funds, REITs and other institutional and non-institutional investors in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family developments, office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, vacant land and other commercial properties. He also advises clients in connection with leasing matters relating to office buildings, retail centers and other income-producing projects. In addition, Valentine represents financial institutions and other lenders in connection with real estate and non-real estate financing transactions, including real estate-secured loans, equipment loans and working capital lines of credit. He received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, graduating magna cum laude.
