Munsch Hardt Expands Dallas Presence

As a sign of continued growth, Munsch Hardt today announced the addition of two new employees joining the firm’s Dallas office.  

These new employees are:

Bill Finegan joins the Business Litigation practice group from the Dallas office of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP. With more than 25 years experience, his practice has a primary focus on assisting clients in their efforts to avoid employment related disputes and defending against wrongful discharge and discrimination claims. He also works with companies and individuals on executive employment agreements, confidentiality agreements and non-compete agreements. He has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1995. Finegan has worked with employers in all phases of the traditional labor area, with significant experience counseling management in union organizing efforts, collective bargaining negotiations, contract and strike management, and all other issues involving the labor management relationship. Finegan earned his juris doctor from the University of Nebraska School of Law.

Matt Holley joins the Business Litigation practice group from the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Holley specializes in business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on employment litigation, insurance coverage litigation and unfair competition/trade secret litigation, including a wide range of Labor and Employment matters. With nearly 27 years’ experience, Holley has trial experience in Federal and State courts,  as well as various arbitration forums. Holley earned his juris doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
