Alex’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, lending and corporate law with an emphasis on representing financial institutions in asset-based and mortgage transactions. She has experience in all types of real estate financing, including representing lenders involved in the acquisition, renovation and/or construction of residential lot development projects, multi-family properties, hotels, airports, industrial, retail and other commercial properties. She also assists with representing lenders in loan modifications and refinancing.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Alex worked as a real estate associate at a Dallas-based law firm. In addition, she has six years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on business, commercial and employment issues. She leans on her unique experience as a former litigator in drafting and negotiating to mitigate potential risks and advocate for her clients.
