Overview

Drew’s practice focuses on assisting clients ranging from institutional investors to individuals in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, financing and management of raw land, retail, office, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, medical, industrial and other real estate assets.

Drew's experience includes the drafting and negotiation of many types of agreements regarding the ownership, development and management of various real estate assets, including purchase and sale agreements, leases for various asset classes and types from both the landlord and tenant perspective, reciprocal easement agreements and other types of covenants, conditions and restrictions, as well as the drafting and formation of limited partnership, limited liability company and other operating agreements. 

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Drew worked in the Commercial Real Estate Section of a Dallas-based law firm. During law school, Drew gained significant experience clerking in the legal department of a private diversified holding company with real estate assets in the hospitality and fitness industries.
