Charlotte Thomas serves as Munsch Hardt’s Director of Library & Information Services. In this role, she develops strategies and manages overall operations of the library in order to provide the highest quality research and training services to the Firm and its clients. Specifically, she manages legal and business research projects; conducts regular training for various web-based legal research platforms and provides standards for reference, research, orientation and training, circulation and catalogs library materials, including both print and non-print media.
Previously, Charlotte served as the Firm’s Assistant Librarian. She also served as Program Projects Specialist for the University of North Texas and as a part-time News Research Librarian for The Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Charlotte earned a master’s degree (M.S., Library Science), and holds a Graduate Academic Certificate in Management from The University of North Texas. Charlotte currently serves as Member Board of Advisors for the University of North Texas College of Information and was previously President and Vice President of the Dallas Association of Law Librarians.
