He advises sureties, insurers, contractors, and businesses through all stages of litigation, including investigations, negotiations, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation. Daniel has experience handling breach of contract claims, bond claims, indemnity and subrogation matters, lien disputes, fraud claims, and other commercial conflicts in arbitration as well as both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Daniel was an associate in the Fidelity & Surety section at an international law firm, where he represented clients from Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies to privately held local businesses.
