Demi serves as Munsch Hardt’s Associate General Counsel, where she advises on risk management, employment matters, professional responsibility issues, and strategic initiatives supporting the Firm’s continued growth and operations. She also works closely with Firm leadership on internal legal matters, policy development, and firmwide process improvement efforts.
Prior to joining the Firm, Demi maintained a broad investigations and litigation practice focused on governmental and internal investigations, complex commercial disputes, and other high-stakes matters. A skilled trial attorney, she has successfully tried more than 20 cases in state and federal courts, nearly all as first-chair counsel.
Demi’s practice has focused on the sports industry, with an emphasis on name, image, and likeness (NIL) issues and athlete eligibility disputes. She has represented numerous Power Four athletes and regularly speaks regarding NIL and the evolving collegiate athletics landscape. She is the founder of The Ready Athlete, an organization dedicated to preparing athletes for lives of purpose during and after athletics. Demi’s meticulous attention to detail, poise under pressure, and strategic decision making enable her to consistently exceed client expectations.
