Erin’s practice focuses on litigation matters with an emphasis on the insurance industry. She supports clients throughout each stage of litigation in first-party property and third-party insurance claims.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Erin served as an associate at an international firm and as a law clerk for the Wyoming Supreme Court.

Before Erin’s career as an attorney, she worked directly in health care settings, including hospitals and rehabilitation facilities, giving her a practical understanding of health care operations and patient-facing issues. She also has experience in environmental and energy-related matters, including analysis of environmental impacts and preparation of documentation under the National Environmental Policy Act.
