Frank’s practice focuses on litigation matters, with an emphasis on the insurance and construction industries.

Before receiving his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, Frank served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Houston office. He also worked as a Junior Associate and Research Assistant at a boutique consulting firm, where he honed his writing, research, and data analysis skills.
