Her expertise includes zoning and land use entitlements, due diligence, economic development and incentives, litigation, community engagement, and eminent domain.  Kramer’s background highlights her multiple years working directly for local governments in planning and management positions, including as the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Dallas, before accepting an associate director position with the University of North Texas System to oversee real estate services. Her background in both development review and policy implementation provides clients with valuable insight into the political and administrative environment informing the development process, and helping to navigate and resolve roadblocks to achieve successful project completion.
