Overview

Madeline’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including appellate matters, across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Madeline gained valuable, hands-on legal experience serving as a law clerk for Justice Debra Lehrmann in the Supreme Court of Texas. Madeline attended the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor for the Texas Law Review and led a team on the Mithoff Pro Bono Parole Project.

Before practicing law, Madeline had a career in Texas politics, working on various political campaigns and serving as Chief of Staff to a state representative. In addition to her J.D., Madeline holds a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work.
