Rachel’s practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition and disposition, financing, and contract negotiation of various property types.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Rachel gained legal experience through a clerkship with a Dallas law firm, as well as externships and internships with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and American Airlines. Her experience included researching litigation matters, analyzing employment and data privacy issues, and reviewing corporate contracts. Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law.
Before attending law school, Rachel worked in public policy in Washington, D.C., where she monitored legislative and regulatory developments; prepared client and policy communications; and worked with congressional offices, federal agencies, and other stakeholders.
