Overview

Sydney’s practice focuses on commercial litigation matters in various industries, including commercial contracts, real property, and personal injury disputes. Sydney has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and she has experience advising clients in business litigation, real estate litigation, and governmental investigations in Texas state courts.   

Sydney began her career as an attorney at Munsch Hardt, serving as an associate in the Real Estate section before transitioning to the Assistant District Attorney (“ADA”) at the Denton County District Attorney’s Office. While she served as an ADA, Sydney gained valuable and vast oral argument experience representing the State of Texas in all stages of criminal prosecution, including trials, various criminal case hearings, and plea negotiations.

Prior to Munsch Hardt, Sydney graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M School of Law, where she served as a Staff Member for the Law Review, a pupil for the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court, treasurer and secretary for the Student Bar Association, and a member of the Innocence Project Clinic. During law school, she also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Catharina Haynes in the United States District Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to law school, Sydney also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Patrick J. Hanna in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
