Overview

Talia’s practice focuses on commercial litigation matters across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Talia served as a Summer Associate in the firm’s Dallas office and gained hands-on legal experience with the Denton County District Attorney’s Office, where she worked in the Felony Intake Division reviewing evidence, evaluating cases, and preparing matters for grand jury presentations. She honed her advocacy skills working in the Immigrant Rights Clinic at Washington and Lee University, where she represented noncitizens at risk of deportation and furthered the rights of immigrants in South and Central Virginia. She also previously interned with the Peoria County Courthouse, where she observed court proceedings under the mentorship of the Chief Judge.

Talia received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Washington & Lee University School of Law. In law school, she served as a Lead Online Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review, where her article was selected for publication, and as a competition chair on the Moot Court Executive Board. She was also a finalist in the John W. Davis Appellate Advocacy Competition, and a semifinalist in the Robert J. Grey, Jr. Negotiations Competition.
