Overview

Zack’s practice focuses on a broad scope of real estate, finance and corporate transactions. In particular, he regularly advises private investors and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of office buildings, light industrial and warehouse developments, vacant land, retail centers and other commercial projects in Texas and throughout the United States. Zack also represents tenants in office, retail and other commercial leases.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Zack served as an associate at a 100-year-old Houston law firm, where he represented private companies in business formation, governance and restructuring, as well as commercial financing transactions.

  • Senior Living Property Disposition

    Represented client in the simultaneous $100 MM sale of seven nursing home properties in Texas by related entities.

  • Office/Condo Refinancing

    Assisted in the $90 MM CMBS refinancing of an office condo building in Houston, Texas.

  • Office Acquisition + Financing

    Represented client in its $40 MM purchase, financing and refinancing of an office building in Houston, Texas.
