Munsch Hardt Further Expands Construction Practice with Three Associates

(DALLAS) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Construction Practice Group with the addition of four new associates over the past 12 months.

Munsch Hardt now has 15 total construction attorneys across all three offices, offering clients a unique and unmatched range of services.

About The Team

Logan Adcock: Dallas
Adcock focuses his practice on all facets of construction law, including both construction-related transactions and litigation matters. He has extensive experience representing owners, design professionals, general contractors and subcontractors with various aspects of commercial construction projects, including drafting and negotiating contracts and vendor/supplier agreements, as well as assisting clients on compliance issues and construction disputes. In 2021, he was named by his peers to Thomson Reuters’ Texas Rising Stars list. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, he served as in-house counsel for the South-Central region of J.E. Dunn Construction Company. Adcock received his undergraduate degree of Baylor University and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers.

Connor Rose: Houston
Rose’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters, including construction, products liability, and personal injury defense. He represents companies and individuals in federal and state courts as well as in arbitration. As part of his construction practice, he represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals on a variety of projects, including utility-scale solar farms and federal highways, both locally and nationally. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College.

Tim Word: Houston
Word’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the construction and real estate industries.  He received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston and his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Word served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Houston office, and he formerly served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judge Steel in the 274th District Court in Texas. Before attending law school, Word served in the construction industry as a field supervisor and special projects coordinator. Word also spent time as a landowner representative where he contributed to discussions on issues ranging from engineering, construction feasibility, cost, project financing, parcel sales, offers and legal issues with developers and landowners.
