Overview

Logan focuses his practice on all facets of construction law, including both construction-related transactions and litigation matters. He has extensive experience representing owners, design professionals, general contractors and subcontractors with various aspects of commercial construction projects, including drafting and negotiating contracts and vendor/supplier agreements, as well as assisting clients on compliance issues and construction disputes.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Logan served as in-house counsel for the South-Central region of J.E. Dunn Construction Company, where he drafted and negotiated construction and design agreements on large commercial construction projects. He also advised project teams on contract compliance and dispute resolution and managed outside legal counsel.
