Overview

Logan focuses his practice on all facets of construction law, including both construction-related transactions and litigation matters. He has extensive experience representing owners, general contractors and subcontractors with various aspects of commercial construction projects, including drafting and negotiating contracts, handling constitutional and statutory lien matters and resolving disputes through early negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Logan served as in-house counsel for one of the largest general contractors in the United States, where he drafted and negotiated construction and design agreements on large commercial construction projects. He also advised project teams and stakeholders on contract compliance, dispute resolution and managed outside legal counsel.

Experience

  • Construction Contracts

    Regularly drafts and negotiates prime contracts, subcontracts, vendor/supplier agreements and other construction-related agreements for construction projects.

  • Construction Contracts

    Represented a general contractor in drafting and negotiating a prime contract and subcontracts for the renovation and expansion of an emergency services dispatch facility.

  • Construction Litigation

    Represented a developer in drafting and negotiating a prime contract for a university new student housing development.
