Grant Jordan Joins Munsch Hardt’s Construction Litigation Practice as Shareholder

SEPT 25, 2025

(DALLAS) - Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is proud to announce that Grant Jordan, a seasoned attorney with more than two decades of combined legal, in-house, and hands-on construction industry experience, has joined the Firm’s Dallas office as Shareholder in the Construction practice group. Jordan was previously a partner with Griffith Davison, P.C., where he focused on negotiating and resolving complex commercial construction and business disputes.

“As real estate development continues to accelerate across the region, the demand for highly experienced attorneys in construction and business litigation is rapidly increasing,” said Logan Adcock, Co-Chair of the Construction practice group. “Grant brings a rare combination of deep legal acumen and hands-on project management experience, giving clients a distinct advantage at every phase of their construction projects. His arrival strengthens both our Dallas office and our expanding Construction group, and we’re excited to welcome him to the team.”

Throughout his career, Jordan has served commercial contractors, developers, and property owners in a myriad of senior leadership roles, including as legal counsel, both in-house and in private practice, and as a Project Manager and Project Executive over construction and business operations. Most recently, Jordan has focused his practice on guiding his clients through the lifecycle of complex projects, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, counseling on the legal and practical aspects of construction business and operations, and analyzing claims and strategies to achieve final resolution. Jordan earned his J.D. at Texas A&M University School of Law. He earned both his M.S. in Construction Administration and his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.

“Throughout my career, I’ve strived to build a deep understanding of the business aspects and legalities that exist within the commercial construction industry, so that I can intelligently, and with systematic purpose: navigate my clients through the complexities that they may face during the lifecycle of a project, and contribute, through various organizations and commissions, to strengthening relationships and legislative influence within the Dallas/Fort Worth construction industry,” Jordan said. “With Munsch Hardt, I am given a strong platform to continue delivering the kind of experienced, practical, and business-focused counsel that my clients and I both expect. I’m excited to contribute to a firm that truly understands the development and construction industries and is committed to delivering practical solutions to its clients.”

Jordan has been an active leader in several legal and real estate organizations, including the Tarrant County Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and TEXO. As a life-long resident of Fort Worth, Jordan enjoys building relationships within Fort Worth’s construction and real estate community. He has served on many boards and commissions throughout his career and continues to serve in leadership roles with the Tarrant County Bar Association, Construction Law Section and TEXO, the construction association. Jordan is a member of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth and, in 2024, Fort Worth Magazine named Grant a “Top Attorney” for construction law.

Jordan’s hire builds on the Firm’s momentum in expanding its Construction practice, following the strategic additions of Shareholder Brad Smith in Dallas and Associate Connor Rose in Houston.
