Overview

Brad is a skilled litigator with experience representing clients in commercial construction and complex business disputes, including all facets of construction litigation, construction contracting, lien and bond claims, business and real estate disputes and large-loss subrogation matters. Brad handles litigation matters through all phases, including pre-suit investigation and negotiation, mediation and arbitration or trial.

With a primary focus on construction and commercial litigation matters, Brad has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings across the country. Brad’s depth of knowledge and experience, clear communication skills and strategic approach to litigation allow him to effectively and efficiently resolve cases, protect his client’s interests and to serve as a trusted advisor. Brad places a heavy emphasis on solving his client’s legal disputes in a way that serves their business best.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Brad worked at a Texas-based construction boutique, where he focused on the legal needs of commercial construction and real estate clients, including general contractors, owners and developers. Brad was also previously a senior partner for another Dallas-based firm.
