(DALLAS and HOUSTON)- With a continued focus on organic growth, Munsch Hardt welcomed Sarah L. Rogers as a Litigation Shareholder in its Dallas office. Additionally, the Firm added associates Connor Rose (Construction – Houston), Caroline Rumbolo (Litigation – Dallas), and Hunter Taylor (Real Estate – Dallas).
Previously a partner at Thompson Coe, Rogers brings a wealth of litigation expertise, specializing in personal injury cases with an emphasis on trucking accidents, dram shop liability, and premises liability. She also has experience in trade secret cases, construction, and manufacturing. Her comprehensive practice spans all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial, with a strong emphasis on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Rogers represents a diverse clientele, including bars and restaurants, property owners, product manufacturers, and various business entities involved in complex, multi-party disputes across state and federal courts throughout Texas. She has a proven track record of securing favorable verdicts in personal injury trials, obtaining numerous dismissals via summary judgment, and successfully arguing to appellate courts.

He regularly advises and assists clients with drafting, negotiating and administering construction and design contracts commercial, residential, and industrial projects across North America. Additionally, Connor also regularly represents project owners, commercial developers and general contractors in construction disputes, both in court and arbitration, regarding a wide range of construction related matters.
Joining from Kessler Collins, P.C., Caroline Rumbolo focuses on guiding her clients through various business-related disputes, including breach of contracts, landlord-tenant issues, and complex commercial matters. Ms. Rumbolo also regularly analyzes and advises her clients on compliance and regulatory matters in healthcare and general business industries.
Joining from Griffith Davison, Hunter Taylor is a board-certified attorney in commercial real estate law. He counsels clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including financing, structuring, acquisition, and development across a variety of property types. He also supports clients with strategic planning, leveraging a strong network of private and institutional relationships to help drive their projects forward.
