Caroline’s practice focuses on sophisticated commercial litigation, including securities matters, breach of contract, landlord-tenant issues and compliance and regulatory matters, as well as business disputes in the real estate and health care industries. She has experience representing clients in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. Caroline works to cultivate personal relationships with her clients so she can provide a personalized approach to best meet the individual needs of each client.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt as an associate, Caroline worked at a Texas-based law firm where she handled a variety of litigation and transactional matters. Caroline also gained valuable litigation experience in her time as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Martin Hoffman in the 68th Civil District Court.
