Sunil is a practical, business-minded attorney who delivers fast, cost-effective legal solutions tailored to his clients’ real-world needs. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and advising emerging companies from formation through exit.

He brings significant experience guiding start-ups and growth-stage companies through seed financing, venture capital rounds, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions. Sunil represents clients across a range of industries, with a particular emphasis on the sports and entertainment, energy, restaurant, and hospitality sectors.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Sunil served as Associate General Counsel for the Houston Texans, where he oversaw business operations, advised on strategic initiatives, and managed a broad portfolio of commercial agreements. In that role, he worked closely with departments across the organization and with stakeholders at the National Football League. His in-house experience provides him with a rare, practical perspective on the business of sports—insight he draws on when advising clients on media rights, sponsorships, branding, and other industry-specific matters.

Sunil began his legal career at a leading international law firm, where he represented public and private companies in complex mergers and acquisitions transactions and a wide range of corporate matters.
