Sports + Entertainment Team Advises Founders of Provisions Golf in Sale to THE•TEAM

DALLAS AND HOUSTON, TEXAS Munsch Hardt is pleased to announce its Sports + Entertainment practice group represented Provisions Golf in its sale to THE•TEAM, formerly known as Wasserman. The Munsch Hardt team was led by Houston Shareholder Sunil Jamal, co-chair of the Firm’s Sports + Entertainment Practice Group, and included Dallas Sports + Entertainment attorneys Parker Collins and Liam Corriston.

Founded by Josh Morgan and Joe Gilliland, Provisions Golf has emerged as one of the leading management and media companies in the rapidly growing digital golf and creator economy space. The company represents and supports some of golf’s most recognized YouTube creators and personalities, including Grant Horvat, Bryan Bros, and Your Golf Tour, along with partnerships and collaborations involving professional golfers Phil Mickelson and Jon Rahm.

The transaction has been widely covered by national sports and entertainment media outlets, including Front Office Sports and The Hollywood Reporter, reflecting the growing commercial influence of creator driven sports media and the expanding role of digital talent representation within the sports industry.

Following the acquisition, Morgan and Gilliland will continue with THE•TEAM as Senior Vice Presidents (Creators), helping expand the company’s golf and creator representation platform. The acquisition strengthens THE•TEAM’s presence in digital golf, creator representation, and premium sports content development.
