Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr PC announced that three attorneys, including two partners, have joined the Texas firm's corporate and securities practice in Dallas from Conner & Winters LLP.

Partners Matthew Good and Robert White along with associate Sydny Helbert joined Munsch Hardt on Wednesday following nine-and-a-half, three, and two years respectively with Conner & Winters, according to their LinkedIn pages.

White told Law360 Pulse in an emailed statement Friday that the firm's reputation was what drew him to Munsch Hardt, along with greater access to specialty practices such as tax, benefits, litigation and real estate. Good gave a similar answer in an emailed statement Friday, adding that along with the firm's reputation and depth of practice areas, his personal connection with several attorneys at Munsch Hardt was a factor in joining.

"I will have the support of talented colleagues and incredible staff to continue to provide high-level services to an expanding group of clients," Good said. "Across the board, clients have responded positively to the move. I hope to continue providing excellent service to established clients and growing my client base."

Good graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law and his practice focuses on working with buyers, sellers, investors, lessors, lessees, operators and lenders in transactions involving aircraft, engines and related assets such as aircraft and engine sales, leasing, financing, fleet acquisitions and restructurings, Munsch Hardt said.

White, who graduated from Boston University School of Law, said his corporate practice involves representing business owners and their financial sponsors with a wide range of transaction matters along with managing day-to-day legal needs as outside general counsel.

Helbert graduated from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law and focuses her practice on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and aviation-related business transactions, Munsch Hardt said.

"Matthew, Robert, and Sydny bring strong transactional experience and a practical, client-focused approach that aligns well with the needs of our corporate clients," corporate and securities head Rob Kibby said in a statement. "Their experience in complex transactions enhances our ability to support clients in sophisticated deals and strengthens our growing corporate platform."
