Sydny focuses on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions for the aviation industry. She regularly advises clients on formation matters, employment and equity incentive arrangements, trademark and other IP registrations, and general commercial contract negotiations.

With regard to aviation business transactions, advises clients on the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and servicing of aviation assets operating in the United States and internationally. She represents clients through all stages of the transaction and beyond, from due diligence and the negotiation of commercial terms through letter of intent, document preparation, closing, amendments, and lease returns.
