Overview

Sarah has more than twenty years of litigation experience and focuses her practice on personal injury and commercial litigation. She approaches each case with great attention to detail and the objective to find the most practical and cost-effective results for her clients. Sarah has experience working with clients across various industries, including restaurants, transportation, real estate, construction and manufacturing. Throughout her career, Sarah has tried cases in state and federal jurisdictions across Texas and presented oral arguments to Texas appellate courts.

In addition to her practice, Sarah is also highly involved in the Dallas legal community, serving in leadership positions for numerous organizations, including the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, Dallas Women Lawyers Association and Foundation, Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, among others. She also maintains strong ties with her alma mater by serving on the Emerging Leaders Board of Directors at the SMU Dedman School of Law.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Sarah worked at a national law firm, where she represented individuals and business entities in complex, multi-party litigation cases.
