NACHA – The Electronic Payments Association Appoints Munsch Hardt Attorney as Arbitration Board Member

(DALLAS) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt), is proud to announce Shareholder Jeff Dunn was appointed by NACHA – The Electronic Payments Association (NACHA) to its national Arbitration Board for a term extending from January 2018 to December 2020.

“Jeff’s nomination and appointment are a testimony to his knowledge of ACH Network Rules, and we are fortunate in being able to include his name with the other talented and capable professionals on the Board,” said Cari Conahan, Senior Director, Group Manager ACH Network Rules and Enforcement at NACHA.

Dunn’s legal practice focuses on representing banks, other financial institutions, nonbank creditors and debtors in complex corporate lending transactions and restructurings, federal and state consumer finance law compliance, and payments law and related financial services regulatory compliance. His payments law practice includes representation of merchants, payment processors and banks engaged in ACH electronic payments transactions and NACHA Operating Rules compliance.

The NACHA Arbitration Board is comprised of 10 arbitrators who will be considered to hear cases involving disagreements among banks in the interpretation of the NACHA Operating Rules as they relate to ACH electronic payments.
