(Munsch Hardt) is proud to announce Bradford Smith, an accomplished construction and business litigation attorney, has joined the Firm’s Dallas office as Shareholder in the Litigation practice group. Previously a partner with Griffith Davison, P.C., Smith will continue his work litigating complex commercial construction and business disputes at Munsch Hardt.

With 16 years of experience, Smith enhances Munsch Hardt’s Construction and Commercial Litigation capabilities, particularly in representing clients in complex commercial construction disputes. Smith’s diverse and nationwide practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants has allowed him to solve problems and achieve fantastic results in both routine and high-stakes litigation, including recovering more than $15 million for his clients in construction and large loss subrogation matters. Smith earned his B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law.

Smith is actively involved in several prestigious construction and insurance legal organizations. He is a member of TEXO, the North Texas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors and Associated Builders and Contractors, and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Smith also belongs to the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and is a member of the State Bar of Texas Construction and Insurance Law sections. In addition, he participates in the Dallas Bar Association’s Construction Law Section.
