D Magazine Names Four Munsch Hardt Attorneys to 2026 ‘Best Lawyers Under 40’ List

(DALLAS) – Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is proud to announce Dallas Litigation attorneys Julie Christensen, Jordan Curry, Anne-Alise “Ali” Hinckley, and Stephen Huschka have been recognized in D Magazine’s 2026 “Best Lawyers Under 40” list. The annual list recognizes many of the most esteemed and up-and-coming attorneys in North Texas.

Julie Christensen is a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice, where she focuses on complex commercial business disputes. She represents plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of industries, advising individuals, companies, and Fortune 50 corporations at all stages of litigation. Christensen has experience in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings nationwide.        

Christensen is active in the Dallas legal community where she has served the Dallas Women Lawyers Association as a Board Member (2024-present), and previously served in other roles for DWLA as well as for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She also serves with various non-profit organizations. She was previously on the Board of Directors for Global Hands of Hope (2020-2023) and was an Associate of the Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court (2018). She has been recognized on the Thomson Reuters Texas Rising Stars list since 2023 and in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation (2025).

Jordan Curry is a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice, where she handles commercial litigation matters across a range of industries. She represents clients in complex commercial contract and business tort disputes, as well as in defense of employment-related claims. Curry’s experience ranges from early motion practice through trial. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in litigation and in arbitration matters across the state. 

Curry served as a law clerk on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas before joining the Firm in 2021. She is active in the legal community as a member of the Texas Aggie Bar Association and Attorneys Serving the Community, as well as in the local community as a member of the Junior League of Dallas. In 2023, she was selected as an Associate of the Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court. Curry has also been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Texas Rising Star (2025) and by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation (2026).

Ali Hinckley is a Shareholder of the Firm’s Litigation practice, focusing on complex commercial disputes and employment law matters. She represents clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in arbitration and in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings. Hinckley also advises clients on disputes arising from business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and real estate matters.

Hinckley is active in professional and community organizations, including the William “Mac” Taylor American Inn of Court, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Dallas Bar Association. She is also a member of the North Texas Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists, supporting education and services related to natural resource stewardship across the state.

Stephen Huschka is a Shareholder of the Firm’s Litigation practice and serves as Practice Leader of its Securities Litigation + Governmental Investigations group. His practice focuses on complex securities, financial services, and commercial disputes, where he regularly represents clients in high-stakes, sophisticated matters.

A recognized leader in the Dallas legal community, Huschka currently serves as President of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and is an appointed Commissioner on the City of Dallas Commission on Disabilities. He previously chaired the DAYL Foundation, which supports charitable initiatives throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Huschka has also been consistently named to the Thomson Reuters Texas Rising Stars list (2019-2025) and D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40 list (2023-2026), as well as being recognized by Best Lawyers as One to Watch for Litigation – Banking and Finance (2023-2026), Commercial Litigation (2023-2026), Intellectual Property Law (2023-2026), and Financial Services Regulation Law (2026).
