Julie specializes in litigating complex, high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Her experience includes matters arising from breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, trademark infringement, patent infringement, unfair competition, real property disputes, M&A disputes, business divorces, director/officer litigation and employment disputes.

Julie is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney with second-chair trial experience. She has represented clients ranging from individuals and start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Julie represents both plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of litigation, including in proceedings seeking and defending against emergency injunctive relief, complex motion practice, trials and appeals. She has been recognized to the Thomson Reuters “Texas Rising Stars” list consistently since 2023.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Julie worked at a national law firm, where she represented clients in a variety of commercial and employment matters. Outside of work, Julie is active in her church and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
