(Munsch Hardt) is pleased to announce the addition of Shareholders Matthew Good and Robert White, as well as Associate Sydny Helbert, to the Firm’s Corporate & Securities practice in Dallas. These attorneys bring significant experience advising businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, aviation transactions, and other complex corporate matters. All three attorneys officially started at Munsch Hardt on March 25, 2026.

Matthew Good (Shareholder) focuses his practice on complex business transactions, with a significant emphasis on the aviation industry. He represents buyers, sellers, investors, lessors, lessees, operators, and lenders in transactions involving aircraft, engines, and related assets operating in the United States and internationally. His experience includes aircraft and engine sales, leasing, financing, fleet acquisitions, and restructurings, as well as regulatory and tax considerations related to aviation assets. Earlier in his career, Good spent more than a decade practicing in Northern California, where he gained extensive trial experience in state and federal courts. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University and his B.A. from Colorado College.
Robert White (Shareholder) advises clients on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and both the day-to-day and transformational legal operations of a business. Robert has represented business owners and financial sponsors in hundreds of M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, minority investments, and complex joint ventures. He regularly counsels clients through all phases of a transaction, from initial structuring hurdles to post-transaction integration concerns. Robert also serves as outside counsel to businesses across a variety of industries, including health care, construction, and regulated home service providers, advising clients on governance disputes, financing arrangements, commercial agreements, and employee incentive planning. Before entering the legal profession, Robert had a distinguished 11-year career as a police officer and adjunct professor of criminal justice. Outside the office, he volunteers as a coach for Special Olympics golf and YMCA youth basketball. Robert earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, his M.Sc. in Criminal Justice from Boston University, and his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Sydny Helbert (Associate) focuses on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and aviation-related business transactions. She advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, commercial contracts, employment and equity incentive arrangements, and trademark and other intellectual property registrations. She has also advised on complex investment structures involving high-net-worth investors and mid-sized businesses. In addition, Helbert works on aviation transactions involving the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of aircraft and related assets operating in the United States and internationally. She earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and her B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University.
