Biskamp maintains a national real estate practice involving the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, management and financing of real estate in cities across the United States. He regularly advises pension funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), developers, lending institutions and institutional investors on a variety of commercial real estate matters and business transactions. He also serves as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. This is the fourth consecutive year Biskamp has been recognized as a Top Lawyer by H Texas.
Mary Koks – Environmental
Koks' practice focuses on environmental compliance and litigation matters. Her experience includes the representation of potentially responsible parties and landowners in environmental lawsuits, representation of clients in administrative and civil enforcement cases before the Environmental Protection Agency, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and State Office of Administrative Hearings, and assisting and advising client on environmental issues in real estate related transactions, corporate acquisitions and mergers, insurance claims as well as regulatory compliance issues. This is the fourth year Koks has been recognized as a Top Lawyer by H Texas.
Fred Wahrlich – Restructuring, Creditor’s Rights & Finance
Wahrlich regularly represents both businesses and individuals in a wide variety of litigation and bankruptcy related matters. He has more than 25 years of experience in handling litigation in state and federal courts, and has also served as Assistant General Counsel to an independent oil and gas company. He currently serves as the Director for the Boys & Girls Harbor and as the Chairman of the Board and President for Joyful Toyful Fiesta, Inc. This is the sixth consecutive year Wahrlich has been recognized as a Top Lawyer by H Texas.
