Munsch Hardt Shareholders Named Among Super Lawyers

Munsch Hardt, a Texas-based law firm with over 100 attorneys and offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin, today announced that two of its Shareholders have been named among the Texas "Super Lawyers" ranks, which was published in the January/February 2009 Corporate Counsel Edition by Key Professional Media, Inc. Robert R. Kibby was recognized in the Mergers and Acquisitions category and Sally A. Schreiber was listed in the Business/Corporate section.

Published since 2008, the Corporate Counsel Edition is a directory of a nationwide attorneys selected by those named to the Super Lawyers list in business-related practice areas. Polling, research and selection are performed by Law & Politics, a publication of Key Professional Media, Inc.

Rob has over 20 years of experience counseling publicly and privately held companies in a wide spectrum of corporate and securities transactions. He has advised clients in merger and acquisition transactions ranging in value from 5 million to over 1 billion dollars. Rob has also handled dozens of venture capital, financing and recapitalization transactions that have generated substantial proceeds for clients and enabled them to realize their goals for growing their businesses. Other clients have sought Rob’s expertise and advice in connection with their initial public offerings and other securities offerings, as well as on corporate governance matters. Rob received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was Senior Comments Editor of the Journal of Air Law & Commerce. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with honors, from Baylor University. Shortly after graduation, Rob sat for, and passed, the CPA exam.

For over 30 years, Sally has advised clients on a wide variety of corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, partnership, franchise, contract and general business matters. Her clients range from small, start-up entities to large, publicly held companies. She has been actively involved in modernizing the business laws in Texas so that they better meet the needs of businesses. Sally received her Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, where she served as a Note Editor for the Stanford Law Review and her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.
