Sameer advises clients regarding all phases of the employment relationship, as his practice incorporates employment litigation, day-to-day advising and the review and drafting of employment-related policies and agreements.
Sameer regularly represents clients in complex litigation involving a variety of claims, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation, unfair competition and trade secret litigation. He regularly provides counsel with respect to employee non-competition and non-solicitation matters, including the structuring of restrictive covenant regimes, and the defense and pursuit of non-competition and unfair competition-related claims. He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Texas, arbitration tribunals across the country, as well as various state and federal administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Texas Workforce Commission.
Sameer also has extensive experience representing businesses of all sizes in general commercial and business litigation, large commercial landlords in landlord/tenant litigation and disputes, as well as representing court appointed receivers in the context of securities fraud actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Sameer currently serves as a member of Munsch Hardt's Diversity Committee.
