 Overview
Sameer is a member of the Firm’s Labor & Employment and Business Litigation practices. Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Sameer counsels and represents employers and executives in matters involving the protection of trade secret and confidential information, non-compete agreements, discrimination, harassment and wage and hour disputes. He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Texas, arbitration tribunals across the country, as well as various state and federal administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board and the Texas Workforce Commission.
On the business litigation side, Sameer represents public pipeline and staffing companies, tax consulting organizations and healthcare conglomerates in litigation involving contract, engineering, construction and real estate disputes. He also has extensive experience serving as lead counsel for court appointed receivers in securities fraud actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
