Brent is a Texas-based litigator focused on high-stakes disputes in the sports and entertainment industries. Before practicing law, he built his career in film and television as an associate operations producer for ESPN and ABC College Football, where he helped craft stories seen by audiences nationwide. That foundation continues to shape how he advocates today, translating complex disputes into clear, compelling narratives for judges, juries, and arbitrators.

He represents clients across the sports and entertainment landscape in a variety of issues, including matters involving contracts, business disputes, and reputation-driven conflicts where the outcome extends beyond the courtroom. In addition, Brent handles complex business litigation across industries, including real estate, ownership disputes, and high-value commercial conflicts.

Brent serves as Co-Chair of Munsch Hardt’s Sports & Entertainment practice group. He has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Media & Entertainment attorneys in the country and by Lawdragon as a leading global sports, entertainment, and media litigator.
