Chris Jordan is a complex commercial litigator whose practice focuses on counseling and defending a diverse array of clients in federal, state and arbitration matters. His clients range from individuals and small businesses to national and publicly-traded companies from consumer finance to real estate and manufacturing.
With respect to his consumer litigation practice, he has robust experience representing consumer finance, retail and lending companies. His practice in this area has focused on federal, state and arbitration matters principally involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), as well as the Texas Debt Collection Act (TDCA) and state tort, contract and deceptive practices claims across the south and southwest United States. He also works with clients to develop TCPA-compliant processes and policies.
