Overview

Eddy’s practice focuses on a wide variety of litigation, including commercial litigation, construction law, toxic tort, product liability, personal injury, transportation, real estate, commercial collections, health care, subrogation and general business law in both federal and state courts. With regard to his transportation practice, he is dedicated to providing 24/7 availability for rapid post-accident intervention and investigation, whenever and wherever assistance is needed. He also served as Texas counsel for various clients involved in asbestos and welding fumes in state, federal and MDL litigation.

His experience also includes representing national and international insurance companies and adjusters in first-party property claims throughout Texas related to bad faith allegations, statutory violations and coverage issues.
