Ted focuses his practice on litigation matters spanning a variety of different areas, with an emphasis on insurance and employment litigation. He represents businesses and employers in a broad range of disputes, including insurance-related matters, workplace claims, and other complex commercial litigation. Ted represents clients through all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and discovery through pretrial proceedings, resolution, and trial. He works closely with clients to navigate complex legal issues and develop practical litigation strategies.

Before joining Munsch Hardt, Ted served as an associate in the Casualty Practice Group at a national law firm. Prior to the practice of law, Ted worked in the financial services and commercial real estate industries in lead generation and sales.
