Overview

Frances’s real estate practice primarily focuses on representing both landlords and tenants throughout the country in the negotiation and preparation of office, retail and industrial project leases.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Frances served as a legal intern for Dallas County’s Public Defenders Office and as a judicial intern for The Honorable Rob Cañas, Dallas County Criminal Court Number 10.  She also volunteered for the Legal Aid of Northwest Texas Pro Bono Clinic, where she conducted intake interviews with families.

Frances ranked sixth in her class at Texas Tech University School of Law, where she also served as Symposium Editor for Texas Tech Law Review
