Overview

Frances’s real estate practice primarily focuses on representing owners and developers in the acquisition, development, and management of numerous asset classes, including raw land, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use and retail projects. In addition, Frances represents clients from institutional investors to individuals, in both landlord and tenant capacities, in the negotiation and preparation of office, retail and industrial projects.

Frances also has wide-ranging experience representing real estate funds, commercial developers, companies and non-profits throughout the country in their pursuit and ownership of real estate assets.

She is active in both The Real Estate Council, serving on the Membership Committee and as a Breakfast Group Leader for Young Guns, and NAIOP, serving on the Community Service Committee for Developing Leaders.
