Jackie’s practice primarily focuses on representing clients in real estate developments, acquisitions and dispositions for multifamily, retail centers, condominiums, office buildings and mixed-use projects.

Jackie also assists clients in the acquisition and disposition of raw and previously developed land, the construction of new improvements and the leasing and property management of the completed projects. She represents owners in the negotiation of construction, architectural, civil engineering and structural engineering agreements, as well as other collateral documentation and due diligence.

In addition to her primary practice, Jackie also represents borrowers in debt and equity financing, including construction, mezzanine and permanent loans.

Jackie is an active Committee Member of the Firm's Women's Initiative Group.
