Overview

Katherine's practice focuses on real estate law, with an emphasis on real estate finance and transactions. She represents clients in connection with a wide variety of leasing and development matters.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Katherine worked as a legal intern for a national home mortgage lending company, where she researched and advised executives on corporate and financial services matters. In addition, she served as a corporate counsel extern for the George W. Bush Presidential Center and was a teaching assistant at the SMU Cox School of Business. While in law school, Katherine was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, participated in the Rowling Center’s Business Law Leadership Program and served as an Associate member of the Small Business and Trademark Clinic, where she provided pro bono services to local businesses and non-profits.
