Kevin is a litigator with experience across a broad range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, construction law, real estate, health care, professional liability, and general business law in both federal and state courts. Clients trust Kevin to handle matters from pre-litigation through resolution, developing and executing strong strategies, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.

Before law school, Kevin served in the United States Air Force and earned the rank of Staff Sergeant. During his time in the Air Force, Kevin served as a Security Forces Supervisor and oversaw law enforcement procedures and security operations across multiple international bases, including South Korea, the United Kingdom, and Africa. His military service instilled in him a disciplined, mission-focused approach that continues to guide his legal practice today.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Kevin served as an associate at an international law firm. He attended Baylor University School of Law, where he gained hands-on legal experience through his participation in Baylor Law’s Trial Advocacy and Estate Planning Clinics.
