Madeline’s practice primarily focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She represents Chapter 11 debtors, creditors, trustees, unsecured creditors’ committees, and other parties-in-interest in a variety of bankruptcy-related matters.

Madeline served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey P. Norman of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. During law school, she also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Andrew S. Hanen and the Honorable David Hittner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Madeline’s clerkship experience provided valuable insight into the judicial process, and allows her to deliver well-crafted, persuasive arguments for her clients.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Madeline served as an associate in the restructuring group of a boutique Texas law firm.
