As a member of the Firm’s Litigation Team, Mark’s practice focuses on helping individuals, businesses and corporate clients achieve success in many areas of litigation, including complex commercial and business disputes, products liability, premises liability, construction disputes and other general insurance litigation matters.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Mark practiced law at a full-service, Texas-based litigation firm, where he focused primarily on defending insurance companies in personal injury, premises liability and trucking/transportation cases.

A proud Double Deacon, Mark earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University. In his time before law school, Mark was a Teach for America corps member, where he taught middle school math in Huntsville, Alabama.
