Overview

With broad-based experience over several decades, Glenn represents a variety of commercial real estate owners, operators, investors and developers of mixed-use properties, hotels, multifamily and senior housing facilities, as well as clients investing and leasing office, retail and industrial projects. He also works with a number of clients in connection with the acquisition and ongoing operation of businesses with substantial real estate assets. Glenn currently represents investors in the acquisition and development of student housing projects, full- and select-service hotels and self-storage facilities located across the country.

Glenn served as Munsch Hardt’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2013. He also leads the firm’s Hospitality Resort Projects group through the representation of national and international hospitality owners and operators. Additionally, Glenn works on real estate transactions related to complex financial structures, including tax credits, mezzanine structures and other similar transactions.

Glenn currently serves as outside General Counsel to Whitman Peterson Partners, a Commercial Real Estate Private Equity Fund, and previously served in a similar role for a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). He currently represents numerous hospitality and restaurant owners and operators, as well as office and industrial real estate developers and investors. Glenn has also represented large private equity investors in the acquisition of self-storage, student housing projects and upscale and full-service hotels located across the country. 

Passionate about community involvement, Glenn chairs the Board for Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Plano and serves on the Collin County Business Alliance Board and Collin College Foundation Board. He previously served on the boards of the Plano Education Foundation, The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, Plano Family YMCA and Plano Symphony Orchestra. Glenn continues to focus on governmental affairs in the Real Estate industry through a board leadership position with NAIOP. 

Glenn and his wife of nearly 30 years, Jean, have two children, Wil and Abby. Collectively, they have six college degrees from Baylor University.
