 OverviewGlenn is a Shareholder Attorney in the Dallas office of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C., where he leads the Firm’s Hospitality and Resorts practice group. He previously served as the Firm’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2014. Glenn concentrates his practice on hospitality investments, development and operations, representing owners, investors, and operators on a national basis, and has represented numerous clients in connection with the acquisition and ongoing operation of businesses with substantial real estate assets. Glenn’s representative experience spans commercial real estate, private equity, and hospitality. He most recently served as outside General Counsel to Whitman Peterson Partners, a commercial real estate private equity fund, and previously held a similar role for a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT). He currently represents numerous hospitality owners and operators, as well as mixed-use and industrial real estate developers and investors, and has represented large private equity investors in the acquisition of industrial and self-storage facilities, student housing projects and upscale and extended stay hotels located across the country. Glenn is active in community and civic leadership. He chairs the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Plano board, serves as a Trustee for Collin College, and is past chair of the Collin College Foundation. He also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Collin County Business Alliance Board and is Past-President of the NAIOP North Texas Real Estate Association Board. He has previously served as board chair of Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital Plano, along with board service for the Plano Education Foundation, The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, The Real Estate Council, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, and the Plano Symphony Orchestra.
