Overview

Mary, an experienced health care attorney, regularly advises health care providers, physician groups, pharmacies, and other health care organizations on a broad range of regulatory, compliance, and defense matters. With a focus on navigating the complex and evolving health care landscape, Mary brings a detail-oriented and pragmatic approach to client service.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Mary worked at a Louisiana health law firm and was a federal prosecutor in the Department of Justice’s Fraud Section, practicing as a trial attorney on the Health Care Fraud Strike Force. Mary also spent time with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C. where she prosecuted several cases in Superior Court as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. While in law school, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Renee H. Toliver in the Northern District of Texas and as a Case Note and Comment Editor for the International Law Review Association.
