Overview

Matt’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, he served as a Term Law Clerk to the Honorable Michelle V. Larson of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. In this role, Matt gained hands-on experience researching and analyzing complex legal issues, drafting orders and opinions, and assisting with matters involving commercial and consumer bankruptcies, including Chapter 11 proceedings and adversary proceedings.

Matt received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he competed in moot court and was named to the Order of the Barristers.

Before the practice of law, Matt was an editorial writer for an online music publication in New York, as well as a personal trainer.
