Michael's practice focuses primarily on real estate, commercial lending and general business transactions.
Michael assists clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, including industrial, multifamily, hospitality and retail properties. He represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including industrial, office and retail/restaurant leasing, as well as resolving disputes in landlord/tenant relationships.
In addition, Michael also represents borrowers, lenders and other secured parties in asset-based lending, revolving and non-revolving lines of credit, modifications and workouts, as well as the foreclosures of real and personal property.
