Zack began his career as a law clerk for Justice Jeffrey S. Boyd at the Texas Supreme Court, where he learned from many of the brightest judges and advocates practicing in Texas. After his clerkship, he joined a mid-size business firm in Austin, where he handled complex litigation and appeals alongside a well-respected legal team comprised of a former Texas Supreme Court justice, multiple board-certified appellate attorneys, and litigation, regulatory, and corporate attorneys across numerous practice areas. He continued that complex and diverse practice after his firm merged with a respected Am Law 200 firm in Austin. At Munsch Hardt, Zack continues to represent clients in complex litigation and appeals. He is passionate about addressing his clients’ real needs, and he brings insight and experience beyond his years to craft meaningful and valuable legal solutions for those he represents.
Zack represents businesses, governmental entities, and individuals in state and federal courts, and he takes pride in each successful outcome. He has handled litigation matters through every stage – including jury and bench trials, as well as appeals in various Texas Courts of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. Zack also has experience representing clients in regulatory and administrative matters before various agencies and commissions, and in advancing legislation before the Texas Legislature across multiple sessions.
While attending Pepperdine School of Law, Zack was active in Law Review and Moot Court – earning recognition for Best Brief and qualifying for Nationals – and served as a student mentor. He continues to serve by staying involved in his local community and church.
