(DALLAS) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to announce it has joined forces with McDole Williams PC, to enhance services and capabilities to clients, effective August 1, 2018. The addition of the two shareholders and two senior attorneys will strengthen Munsch Hardt’s growing commercial litigation and IP practices, particularly in patent and trademark litigation.

Munsch Hardt offers a full-service, commercial legal platform. With the addition of the McDole Williams team, Munsch Hardt’s commercial and IP litigation practices will be significantly enhanced. The group brings significant trial experience to Munsch Hardt’s robust commercial litigation practice. Additionally, McDole Williams adds depth to Munsch Hardt’s IP practice, which is currently comprised of five attorneys who represent Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies across multiple disciplines. As the practice looks to continue expansion, the breadth of industries and matters tried by the McDole Williams team will only further this mission and allow the Firm to offer a broader variety of expertise to clients in need of IP litigation counsel.

This combination comes on the heels of shareholder Craig Harris joining the ranks of Munsch Hardt’s Litigation and Labor & Employment sections on June 1, 2018 – bringing the headcount of recent new hires to a total of five. Those coming over from McDole Williams include shareholders Keith McDole and Steven Williams, as well as senior attorneys Zac Duffy and Winston Huff. All five new members join Munsch Hardt’s Dallas office.
